In order to benefit from the automated SAGA - FGO transfer, you must first initiate the synchronisation of the 2 platforms by sending an invitation from the SAGA program to the e-mail address with which you access/use FGO. After accepting the invitation, you can configure your FGO settings under Settings -> SAGA to retrieve and import the corresponding data.
