How do I confirm online payments via BT Pay?

Following an online transaction on a 3D Secure website, you will be asked to confirm your payment. You will therefore receive a notification on your phone, when you access it you will see the details of the transaction:

⠀ the cardfrom which the transaction was initiated;

⠀dealer name;

⠀sum.

You'll be able to confirm the transaction via the phone's unlock method. But remember, you have ⏳ 5 minutes to confirm or decline the transaction. Afterwards, you will have to return to the merchant's website to complete your order. 😊


Important to know & apply: 

❗ Confirmation of the transaction does not mean completion. To make sure your payment is complete, you will return to the merchant's page to see the status of the transaction.

❗ Make sure you have General notifications turned on. You can check from the "Notifications" ➭ "Notifications settings". If you have enrolled your card in more than one app, you will receive notification on each device.

❗ Enrolling the card in the 3D Secure system BT Pay involves confirming online transactions with the app only. Therefore, you will no longer receive SMS OTP for validating these types of transactions. And don't forget, you must have Internet access.
