How do I find out my card details if I need to make an urgent online payment and don't have it with me?

In this case, the mobile app BT Pay comes to your rescue.

Click on the card you want, on the top-right side go to "Settings"and then from the list of options select "Card details". To the right of the "CVV card numbercard number " you can click on the "Display" button and after authorising the request, you will see details of the card for one minute.
