How do I find out that I have a hold on my account?

If you're a BT customer, you'll receive an SMS from us when the attachment is set up, letting you know. 😉

You can always find information about your attachment by visiting BT Visual Help:

call 0264 308 000;

go to the link received by SMS and select the "Popriri" section from the main menu;

select the attachment and request the amount to be released.
