How do I add accounts from other banks to BT Pay Web?
Do you have accounts with other banks? No problem! In BT Pay Web you can quickly add them and see everything in one place.
Here's how:
1. Go to the 'Accounts' menu and click 'Accounts with other banks'.
2. Choose the bank you want from the list, tick the Terms and Conditions and click 'Continue'.
3. You will be redirected to the bank's login page - enter the data used in that bank's online banking and confirm.
4. And... done! The accounts appear in the 'Accounts' menu, and at the top of the page you can select whether you want to see the BT accounts or the ones you added.
Want to remove them? Just as simple: follow the same steps as adding and click on the trash can icon. And... easy-peasy, the accounts are gone!
