How do I update customer information in BT Go/ FGO?

From the Customers menu, click on the desired customer, make the necessary changes and save. It is important to note that these changes will only be reflected on invoices issued later. Data from previous invoices will not be affected. Please also note that the CUI or CNP information cannot be changed.
