You can do this simply and quickly by choosing one of the following 😉

❶⠀If you are an adult resident, you can update your information via BT Pay by going to the “Settings” menu ➭ “Personal Information”

❷⠀And if you are a minor or a non-resident, you can update your information at any BT branch with your original ID;
