❶⠀Prin BT Pay by following the steps: go to "Settings" ➭ "Profile" ➭ "Update data";

❷⠀Accessing the update data on our website;  

❸⠀In any BT agency with original ID;

Remember ❗

The online data update is only for individuals who are BT customers (adults - residents and non-residents or minors - residents)

You can only update data between 08:00 - 20:00, Monday to Saturday.
