How do I activate the card once I receive it?

The card can be easily activated by:

  • BT Pay – directly from the app
  • BT ATM – by inserting your card and entering your PIN
  • Phone – by calling the number on the back of the card

The first time you use the card at an ATM with a PIN, it will be automatically activated.
