How do I activate my BT card as a former OTP customer?

You can activate the card at any BT ATM by following these simple steps:

  • Insert your card in the ATM; 
  • Enter the activation code received by SMS; 
  • Select 'Activate card' from the ATM screen; 
  • You choose the PIN you'll use in the future.
