To activate Alias Pay, you need to be a BT individual account holder. You can activate this service through BT Pay by following a few simple steps:

➤ Choose the 'Set Alias' option from the main menu of the BT Pay app (top left hand side, click on the initials of your name);
➤ Choose the debit card and the corresponding IBAN account for which you want to set Alias (Alias Pay can only be set on RON accounts);
➤ Confirm your BT registered phone number and your Alias;
➤ Confirm your Alias setting by entering the SMS-OTP code received on the phone number,
