How do I activate my Direct card?
You can activate your Direct card in a few simple steps:
❶⠀You call the number on the back of the card, press the 0 and 1 key and within 30 minutes the card is activated. 🤓
❷⠀After activating the card in the Interactive Menu, go to any BT ATM 🏧 do a balance query and activate the card's contactless function
❸⠀⠀If you're in the store shopping there's no need to search for a BT ATM, you can make your purchases by inserting the card into the POS and manually entering the PIN code you received by SMS.
❹⠀Want a favorite PIN code? No problem, just go to any BT ATM, select 'Change PIN' from the screen and then you can enter your favorite code. Easy, right? 😅
PS: After activation, you can also use your new card digitally in the free BT Pay app. 😎
