What should I do if I notice suspicious changes in BT24?

If you notice changes in BT24 Internet Banking & Mobile Banking, such as waiting requests, requests for checks or tests, requests for token synchronization, unreasonably long waiting times, you should immediately stop accessing the service and contact us as soon as possible by calling us on 0264 308 080, or by sending an e-mail to contact@btrl.ro.🙂

The same applies if you use OTP-SMS authentication methods and receive SMS messages containing unsolicited login codes or transactions that you have not initiated.
