What do I have to do if I have changed my identity card?
First of all, you'd better let us know about the change of ID so you can continue #banking without any problems! 😊
In order for us to continue to provide you with access to the bank's products and services, we need your new ID details.
So, it's important for both us and you to make sure that the data you send us is up to date. 🤓
You can update yourcontactquickly and easily. You have 2 options:
❶⠀Online➭ by accessing page dedicated to data update;
❷⠀Physically➭ by paying us a visit at any of our BT branches.Remember though, you'll need your ID! 😅
❗ Good to know:
➤⠀It isvery important that you update your details, otherwise you will not be able to carry out any transactions in our branches. On the plus side, this operation has 0 commission and our colleagues will only help you!
➤⠀Ifyou have changed your name and have a card issued in your previous name, you must hand in your old card and request a new card in your new name.
