What should I do if I have lost my Direct Card?

Whatever the situation, we recommend that you block it urgently!

You can do this :
❶⠀From BT Pay:

➭ choose the card that has been stolen (select it by tapping on it) and go to the "Settings" menu which will appear on the right-hand side of the screen in the form of a ⚙;

➭ choose "Block card" and then choose "Permanently block this card".

❷⠀ Call our Call center colleagues on : 021.308.4000 , key 2.
