What should I do if my child has changed their phone number?
To begin with, you and your child must update your phone number in the bank's system. You can either do it online or come into a BT branch and our colleagues will help you.
Then, in the app, you have to:
- click the 'BT Pay Kiddo' button and choose the child you are making the change for
- access the "change phone number" option and fill in the new number
All your child has to do is reinstall BT Pay on their phone. 😊
For children between 8-18 years of age without a bank account, who have the Kiddo card attached to a parent's sub-account, you need to contact us in the callcenter at *8028 or go to any BT unit to deactivate the agreement offered on the old phone number and then give the Kiddo agreement again on the new phone number.
