➤⠀ifyou have a single garnishment and receive your salary through the bank - whatever it is - the bank is obliged to deduct one third of your net monthly salary;

➤⠀ifthere is more than one garnishment, the bank is obliged to withhold half of the net monthly salary received.

The difference can be used after the amount has been released (find out how), in other words, you have access to it through apps, cards or if you come to the bank. After the amount is released, you can do whatever you want - payments, cash withdrawals, etc. 🙂 🙂

If your employer is already withholding one third or half of your salary, you can ask for the full release of your salary, but you must bring us a document proving the withholding made by the employer or ask the executor to issue and communicate to the bank the wage garnishment order.
