If there is no activity on the account for 6 months, Banca Transilvania may close the account, but this does not happen automatically after this period. Before closing the account, the bank will notify you, and if there is no response or no activity on the account, the account will be closed.

Important to know: If there is money in your account at the time of closure due to inactivity, the amount will be transferred to a collector account. This money can be physically withdrawn from a BT branch on the basis of your ID card or a power of attorney if you have authorized someone to withdraw it on your behalf.
