The insurances issued and attached to your loans from OTP Bank, remain valid and will operate according to the terms and conditions valid at the date of their contract. Thus, the method of payment of insurance premiums will be maintained, and your accounts will be debited throughout the validity of the policy, under the same conditions, even after the takeover of the accounts by Banca Transilvania. It is therefore important that the insurance premiums are paid after March 1, 2025 into the current account opened with Banca Transilvania for the repayment of the loan installments.
