If you have used your Star card in the last 6 months, we automatically renew it and inform you by SMS when you can pick up the new card at the branch where you opened your original account or you can request delivery of the new card at home by courier, for a fee. Until you collect your new card, you can use it directly from the BT Pay app.

If you haven't used it in the last 6 months, you need to come to the unit and ask for a new one.
