What can I do if I notice suspicious transactions on my account?
We encourage you to check your transactions as often as possible so that you have control and security over your money. You can do this directly from BT Pay with just a few taps or with BT Visual Help. As an extra step, you can turn on SMS Alert - you'll receive SMS 24/7 on every transaction you make and the balance left on your account.
If you notice anything suspicious, you can dispute the transactions and we'll try to recover the amounts that way:
- Register the payment refusal in BT Visual Help (call 0264 308 000/Access link received by SMS/Transaction dispute)
- Call us on 0264 308 028 (Call Center) or write to contact@btrl.ro
- Come into any BT office and our colleagues will help you
