What can I do if my phone was stolen/lost with mobile banking apps?
This can happen to anyone and the first thing you need to do is to request the BT Pay app to be blocked. Our Call Center colleagues(0264 308 028 028) can help you with blocking your card, apps and checking recent transactions to make sure no payments have been made without your consent.
Alternatively, you can go to your nearest BT branch and our colleagues will help you with card and app blocking and transaction verification.
