What options are there for the Bill Payment service?
To pay your bills using BT Pay, you can choose one of these options:
➤⠀Free: default option whereby you can make up to 4 free bill payments/calendar month, except payments to suppliers marked with the
➤⠀Invoices Plus: option payable monthly (payment is in advance, for the following month) and costs 5 lei/month. With this option you can make a maximum of 8 bill payments per month, including to suppliers marked with
➤⠀Unlimited Billing: this option is paid monthly (payment is in advance, for the following month) and costs 15 lei/month. With this option you can make an unlimited number of invoice payments, including to suppliers marked with
You can choose one of the options once you have connected at least one provider. The options are visible in BT Pay -> "Settings".
❗⠀Goodto know:
➤⠀If you choose "Invoices Plus" or "Unlimited Bills", you must choose your own BT card issued in your name from whose account the monthly fee for the selected option will be debited. The best part is that you get a free 15-day trial period, and then the first payment for the option will be made from the selected card on the 16th day.
➤⠀If you want to change the option in "Invoices Plus" at "Unlimited Invoices", at the time of the change the difference in cost between the 2 options for the current month will be charged.
➤⠀If you want to change the option in "Unlimited Invoices" at "Invoices Plus", the benefits of the option "Unlimited Bills" will remain active until the end of the invoiced month.
➤⠀If at the time of any payment you no longer hold the BT card selected for payment in the app, or if your account balance is not sufficient, then the option payment will not be able to be made and the option will be closed. You will be notified directly in the app.
➤⠀If you unsubscribe during the free trial period and then subscribe again, you will pay the cost of the chosen option at the time of subscription, as the free trial period is offered only once for 15 days.
➤⠀If you still want to opt out of the paid option, you can request this via BT Pay. Benefits for the current month will remain active until the end of the paid period.
➤⠀If you have activated an option "Invoices Plus" or "Unlimited Invoices" and you have deleted BT Pay, the selected option will not be deactivated automatically. It is important to cancel the option in BT Pay before deleting the app.
