What are my obligations once the Start-Up Nation project ends?

Once you receive the non-repayable grant, the project enters a 3-year monitoring period, during which you must comply with several important obligations set forth in the grant agreement:

• Do not sell or repurpose the goods purchased through the program, and keep them in working order;
• to maintain the minimum number of jobs created by the project;
• do not sell more than 49% of the company’s shares or equity interests.
