How do I check my balance?

We offer you several options. Choose the one that suits your situation:

⠀By payment application BT Pay:

o pen the app and, under your cards, you will have the "Show balance" button .

⠀Prin BT Visual Help

call the number 0264 308 000 from your bank's telephone number, access the link received by SMS;

then, from the main menu, select the "Accounts and transactions" option .

⠀By platform BT24 Internet Banking

login with your details and then select the "Quick view" option to see your balance.

⠀By application BT24 Mobile Banking

log in with your password / fingerprint and your balance will appear on the home screen.

⠀By service SMS Alert: which automatically sends you your account balance by SMS after each card transaction and after each cash withdrawal.

⠀Interrogating the balance at one of the our ATMs.

⠀Going to any of the our units with your ID and asking for a bank statement.
