Amount of a payment with card to a domestic or foreign merchant may remain in blocked amounts or pending transactions for up to 20 days. 📆

If the transaction is not requested for settlement by the merchant within the legal deadline, the card issuing bank 💳 will make available to the customer the amounts that have been blocked on the account in favour of the merchant in question 👍
