The accounting balance includes:

➤⠀the available amount you can actually use; 

➤⠀as well as amounts blocked for certain reasons.

Amounts may be blocked in the following situations:

➤⠀have you made payments with card and have not yet been withdrawn from account by the merchant;

➤⠀you have active garnishments on your account and the proceeds are stuck in the garnishment;

➤⠀or you have arrears and the money you received has been blocked to pay off the arrears.
