What is Pillar 2?

Pillar 2 is themandatory private pension, which was introduced in 2008, mandatory for all employed people 💼 who were up to 35 years old at the time and optional for people between 35 and 45 at the time. 👩

The contribution to Pillar 2 is a percentage of the individual social security contribution (CAS), which was initially 2% and is now 4.75%.
