Simple. 😄 Option "My devices" option helps you to permanently delete NeoBT on a mobile device to better control access to #neoapp. 

In NeoBT Mobile Banking:

Sign in "Your profile", go to "Security settings", then"My devices". Here you will find all the mobile devices you have ever activated Neo on. Select the device you want to block access for and tap "Delete".

In NeoBT Internet Banking:

From the menu "Useful" and the submenu "Security", click on "My Devices". Click the icon (X) on the right to permanently delete access to Neo on that device.
