What do I do if I have lost my Direct card?
❗If your Direct card is lost or stolen, block it immediately. You can do this as follows:
❶⠀Quickly, straight from BT Pay
➭ choose the card that's been stolen, select it by tapping it;
➭ go to the 'Settings' menu which will appear on the right-hand side of the screen as ⚙
➭ select "Block card" and then choose "Permanently block this card"
❷⠀Call 021.308.4000 to allow immediate activation of security procedures that prevent further use of the card.
