Well, the card in BT Pay is a projection of the physical card. If you are aphysical customer, you can add it to BT Paybefore you get the physical card and it has exactly the same card details as the physical card: card number, CVV code and expiry date.

These are only available in the list of cards in the app for customers identified by BT - that is, if the phone number on which the app is installed is the one declared to the Bank at the time you opened the business relationship or updated your details in the system and you have gone through the identification flow in the app. 😃

The list of cards available for addition is accessed via the top-right icon on the main application screen ("+").

You can collect your physical card from BT branches within the time limit set in General Business Conditions of the Bank.
