But coming back, NFC or Near Field Communication is a set of standards for wireless communication over very short distances. The technology allows electronic devices to establish two-way radio communication lines between themselves using other complementary technologies such as Bluetooth or WiFi. 

NFC works by touching two devices, or by bringing them together, less than 10 centimetres apart. So you can pay easily and quickly with your phone. Cool, right?
