What is SMS Alert?

SMS Alert is the SMS information service that informs you about the charges on your account, how much money you have left after each card payment and the details of your payments.

If the service is active on a cardholder card or on a corporate card, you only receive SMS messages about card transactions, not SMS messages about your account charges.

➤ SMS regarding card transactions are sent 24/7, while SMS regarding account charges are sent only between 8:00 - 20:00 (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
