What is CSALB?
CSALB (Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution in Banking) is an independent, apolitical, non-profit, public interest entity, established by Government Ordinance no.38/2015.
The purpose of the CSALB is to manage the infrastructure necessary for alternative dispute resolution (ADR) between consumers and financial-banking institutions in a balanced, reasonable, fast and out-of-court manner, through collaboration with financial-banking experts (Conciliators) who, depending on the procedure chosen by the parties, can propose or impose a solution to resolve the dispute.
