What is the cheque?
A cheque is a payment instrument created by the drawer who, on the basis of a cash deposit with a credit institution, gives an unconditional order to the institution, which acts as drawer, to pay on presentation an amount to the beneficiary, who may be the drawer or another person.
Drawer - the person who issues (writes) the cheque on the basis of the cash in the account and gives an unconditional payment instruction to the bank where the bank account is held.
The drawer - is always a bank with which the drawer has an account and which makes payment on the basis of the cheque received, provided that the drawer has sufficient funds in the bank account.
Beneficiary - the person who receives the amount transmitted by the drawer (issuer).
