What is the difference between franchising and franchising?

By this, a person (called franchisor) grants another person (called beneficiary) the right to exploit an industrial or intellectual property for the purpose of producing or marketing goods and/or services.

➤⠀Franchise is a clause in an insurance contract that obliges the insured to pay a certain amount in the event of a claim.
