To log in to the "Neo BT" Internet Banking service, you need to access the Banca Transilvania website, Internet Banking section - "Neo BT" Internet Banking service. To log in, you will use your login ID (OTPdirekt user), and the temporary password that you will receive by SMS on the phone number used in OTP Bank after March 3, 2025, password that needs to be updated when you log in for the first time.If you use physical token to access the OTPdirekt Internet Banking service, please note that this authentication method will not be available in the new Internet Banking service, our recommendation is to ask in the OTP Bank units to change the physical token into a virtual SMS token.
