For security reasons, it is necessary for your personal password to:

➤ Have minimum 8 characters, maximum 20;

➤ Contain at least one capital letter, one small letter and one special mark;

➤ Do not match one of the last 12 passwords. 

It will also need to be changed every 90 days. 🧐

Password for Mobile Banking BT24 can be the same as the one you set in Internet Banking BT24, or you can customise a simple password of a minimum of 4, or a maximum of 32 characters.
