You just have to să have în vedere următoarele condiții:

• Be between 18 and 75 years of age at the time the credit/credit card is granted

• Be a Romanian citizen residing in Romania or a foreign citizen working in Romania on the basis of a valid work permit and having permanent or temporary residence in Romania.

• Have a permanent income, i.e.:
  - be an employee (permanent/ indefinite employee, under certain conditions) with at least 3 months' service with your current employer
  - be a pensioner, with: early retirement, old age pension, etc. or
  - be a self-employed person (PFA), or
