What should I do if I lose my card?
❗⠀As soon as you notice the loss of your card, block it immediately.
You can do this in five ways:
❶⠀Din BT Pay:
➭ choose the card that was stolen (select it by tapping it) and go to the "Settings" menu that will appear on the right side of the screen as a ⚙;
➭ choose "Block card" and then choose "Block this card permanently".
❷⠀Din BT Visual Help:
➭ by calling 0264 308 000;
➭ you access the link received by SMS;
➭ a nd from here you can temporarily or permanently block your cards.
❸⠀From the BT24 Mobile Banking:
➭ o pen the app and go to the "Finance"menu at the bottom of the screen;
➭ s elect section "Cards"and choose the card in question;
➭ then press "Change card status" and select the "Stolen".
❹⠀From platform BT24 Internet Banking:
➭login to the platform and click on the "Cards";
➭ choose the sub-menu "View card", and then the "Change card status" by pressing the 🔧symbol next to the stolen card;
➭ go to section "New card status" and change to "Permanently blocked-stolen card".
❺⠀Bycalling one of the numbers 0264 308 028* or *8028*to enable immediate activation of security procedures that prevent further use of the card.
