How long does it take to complete the request for cancellation or modification of the data on the MTPL insurance policy?
The application is completed within 5 to 7 working days by the insurers who issued the policy.
You will receive all the information about the claim from Pago(btrca@pago.ro) and they will also forward the documents to the insurer.
