The payment of the garnishment will be made within 3 working days (in the case of garnishments ordered by budget executors, e.g. ANAF, Local Taxes and Fees), respectively 5 calendar days (in the case of garnishments ordered by court executors), calculated from the date of the garnishment. For seizures ordered by ANAF, the deadline is only one working day after the seizure is instituted. More details on this subject here.
