Banca Transilvania does not charge any commission for bill payments.

You have the option to make 4 bill payments per calendar month for free with standard providers. If you would like to pay more than 4 bills or make a payment to a premium provider, you have the following bill payment subscription options:

• Free: is a free, default option where up to four bill payments can be made per calendar month, except for payments to suppliers marked with the specific symbol  ;
• Bills Plus: is an option paid monthly in advance for the following month, in the amount of 5 lei/month (the month is calculated from the moment the option is activated), under which a maximum of 8 bill payments can be made per month, including to suppliers marked with the symbol
  
• Unlimited Bills: is an option paid monthly, in advance for the following month, in the amount of 15 lei/month (the month is calculated from the moment the option is activated), under which an unlimited number of bill payments can be made, including to suppliers marked with the symbol
