Online processing usually takes a few minutes, provided the documents are complete. 

The physical card is delivered to your home by courier or can be picked up from a BT location, depending on the option you choose. The digital card can be used after approval in BT Pay. The total time from application to receipt of the card is generally 3–5 business days.

For cards requested at a BT branch, the process takes approximately 3–5 business days.
