How much does the PAD policy cost?

The cost of the PAD policy is set by law and depends on the type of building:

• 130 lei/year for Type A dwellings (buildings with a load-bearing structure made of reinforced concrete, metal, or wood, or with exterior walls made of stone, fired brick, or any other materials resulting from heat and/or chemical treatment)
• 50 lei/year for Type B dwellings (buildings with exterior walls made of unfired brick or any other materials that have not undergone thermal and/or chemical treatment)
