What are the new features of the GDPR in the processing and protection of personal data?

It is good to know from the outset that most of the GDPR obligations and principles are not new, but represent an adjustment of the provisions of Law 677 / 2001 (the law that transposed into Romanian law the provisions of Directive 95/46 / EC) 😉

However, the GDPR sets out stricter rules and sanctions for controllers and enhanced rights for data subjects, i.e. EU citizens 😮
