You can request the card directly from BT Pay if:

❶⠀you are a Romanian citizen residing in Romania;

❷⠀ Salary income is reported to ANAF;

❸⠀the employment contract is for an indefinite period;

❹⠀you have at least 3 months' seniority with your current employer.
