Due to the short deadline for the bank to communicate the amounts that can be paid to the attachment (5pm daily), you will have less time to submit supporting documents for the analysis of the amounts that can or cannot be transferred to the attachment.

This means that you have to send the documentation to the bank on the day when the attachment is set up or an amount is debited from the account.

The good thing is that ANAF will order the banks to transfer the amounts and they pay the requested amounts up to the amount of the attachment. This avoids multiple payments being made by multiple banks as a garnishee. 😊
