There are several scenarios to consider, namely:

➤ death from any cause: the beneficiary will receive the full amount drawn on the credit line as compensation (this covers the debt to the bank and the family is exempt from paying this amount);

➤ involuntary loss of employment or hospitalisation due to illness or accident: the amounts compensated will cover at least the equivalent of the beneficiary's monthly payment obligation;

➤ in the event of involuntary loss of employment, a maximum of 6 instalments/occurrence will be compensated, and in the event of hospitalisation due to illness or accident, one instalment/occurrence will be compensated, up to a maximum of 11,000 lei;
