- BT Call Center Visual, an interactive menu from which you can select how to get information: self-service, chat, chatbot, chat with a BT consultant, etc. Basically, you call BT Call Center (0264 308 028 or *8028) and then access the link you receive via SMS, which directs you to the visual platform.
- BT Visual Help at 0264 308 000. It is a service for the digital management of cards and more. You call briefly and you get a link where you can access information about account your account;
