What is the down payment that a client must hold in case of a New Home loan?

Below you will find details of the homes that can be purchased through the New Home programme and the deposit required:

⠀All categories of completed dwellings, regardless of their age, with a purchase value of up to 70,000 euro in RON equivalent.

The maximum amount of credit you can get is 66,500 euros, equivalent in lei, and *the minimum down payment you must have is 5%;

⠀New/consolidated buildings not older than 5 years (the acceptance documents upon completion of the works were signed no more than 5 years before the date of the loan application) with an acquisition value between 70,001 euro and 140,000 euro, equivalent in RON.

The maximum amount of credit you can obtain is 59,500 euros or 119,000 euros, RON equivalent, and *the minimum down payment required is 15%.

*The down payment covers the difference between the purchase price resulting from the preliminary purchase agreement and the guaranteed financing.
